  Thanks for following up on this. Looking at the account I see €57.60 was refunded on Februrary 6th. Typically these funds will reach you in less than 2 weeks. However, international refunds can sometimes take longer. Be assured, that we have released the money to your bank/card provider. Contact them and ask them when they’ll be releasing that back in to your individual account, and also ask how it will appear on the statement.
