14-day trial

  I was charged $99 for the Premium WordPress account … but I thought this was a 14-day trial! This is confusing. Any way to switch to the trial? I want to test out premium before committing to it, as advertised on your site.

  Hi there,

  That’s not a problem! I went ahead and refunded to you the $99 for the premium bundle, set it manual renewal, and have set it to expire in 2 weeks rather than in a year (you’ll be getting a bit of extra time, but that’s a good thing, right?). You now functionally have our trial plan!

  If you choose to, you can still renew the bundle at the end of the trial period for the usual price, or you can cancel it at that time.
