14 day trial cancellation still not confirmed

    I started a 14 day trial (with a domain) on the 2nd August but decided to cancel it on the next day. However I STILL haven’t received note of confirmation in my mailbox, which is far beyond the promised time window of 12 hours. Can you please confirm my cancellation?

    Please check these pages:
    Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
    Dashboard > Store > Billing History

    Also check your email client spam/ junk mail filter as well as your “social” tab in Gmail, if you use it. I’ll tag this thread for a Staff follow-up. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

    Hi there, 420writeup. Sorry for the trouble! I can remove the WordPress.com Premium trial for you, if you’d like. However, I see that you also have the domain 420writeup.com registered with that trial.

    Would you like to keep using the domain name 420writeup.com? If so, you’ll need to pay for that domain ($18/year). I can send you a payment form to pay for that separately, and then remove the WordPress.com Premium plan from your account.

    Alternately, if you want to give up ownership of 420writeup.com completely, I can cancel everything for you now. (Please keep in mind that canceling a domain means you give up ownership of that domain name. The domain name may not be released immediately, and there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to register it again in the future.)

    Please let me know which you’d prefer and I’ll take care of that for you.

    Hi there,
    After click the link on my email, it directed me to my account but there seems nothing happen. The $99 bill still there.

    What should I do? I want to cancel my free trial premium but keep the domain driyami.co
