Hi I’ve not got approval from the partners for this idea and sadly want a refund please. When I signed up I had 14 days trial offer and used my personal card.

Hi, if you made any purchases under this account you are posting from, you can check in your account/purchases dashboard to see if there any active WordPress.com upgrades and, if so, you can also cancel from there. https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

Your upgrade also included a domain registration, which has a 96 hour refund window, so you would not be eligible for a full refund.
