17 Days and still no refund

    i had canceld my wordpress and still i didnt get any refund, you sent to me that it been canceld and that i will recieve the money after 7 working days, but still nothing,

    Hi morokotours,

    I’ve checked your account and can confirm a $35.88 refund was sent on 25-Jul-2017. You can view a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

    Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to show on your statement (international refunds outside the US can take a little longer). If you don’t receive a refund by that time, please up with your bank to find out if there are any delays processing the refund at their end.

    Your plan was purchased and refunded within 24 hours. When this happens, banks occasionally remove the original charge from your statement rather than showing a debit and credit amount — you can ask them to confirm if this is the case.

    The transaction ID from the refund receipt can be given to your bank to help them locate the refund.
