$18.00 Charge

  I was recently charged with an $18.00 fee and I don’t understand what it is related to. I’ve switched to free. Could someone please tell me what this is and instruct me on how I can stop the random charges? I don’t even actively use my blog.

  We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

  If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

  The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

  WordPress XXXXXXXXXX
