$18 collected from my paypal

    I was trying to renew my domain with WordPress and processed a payment of $18 via PayPal. However, I found out that there was an issue with my domain and I was not able to renew it. Why did WordPress still collected my $18? I need to know and if needed get refunded since nothing was done with my domain.

    I’m not seeing any recent transactions for your WordPress.com account. In fact, the last transaction I am seeing is from Feb 2013.

    Can you check your banking transactions again and make sure that the payment was actually taken out? Could you have a second WordPress.com account where this transaction might be located?
