$18 dollar refund

    I recently bought a premium plan and was transferring my domain over from a different hosting site. After a few hours i decided i didnt want to proceed with the premium plan on wordpress.com so i cancelled it within the same day, actually within a few hours and i was refunded my money. But i am still being charged for $18. My domain never got transferred over because I cancelled it and it stopped transfering. I am wondering why I am still being charged the $18 and would like to get a refund.

    Hi there,

    It looks like you only cancelled the domain transfer some time after the plan, so the refund wasn’t processed automatically as part of the plan refund.

    I’ve refunded that for you manually now, and you should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
