  1) I have a new ipad to use on an upcoming trip, but can’t log on. Any way to recover my log on info?
  2) How do I delete my header photo?
  3) I have a new photo, taken on my ipad, to use as my header. How do I drag the photo using the ipad?

  1. Use the password recovery (lost password) to get access to a new password.

  2. See this support document on changing your header art.

  3. Try using the media uploader rather than trying to click and drag. You may also use the option to view the site rather than work on it within the WordPress app.
