  First, I emailed you several days ago without a response, so I am hoping to hear from you soon.

  By accident I added a second “subscribe to this blog” (i did it using the widget) that shows up on my home page and my blogs. Please tell me how to remove the second one

  I am trying to add “comment to this article” at the end of each article that I write, how do I do this?

  You can remove the second subscription field by dragging the widget away from the sidebar at Appearance -> Widgets in your blog’s Dashboard.

  As for the comment notice, you would need to basically write it at the end of every post. There’s no way to insert it into the template.
