1st steps on wordpress

  I am discovering wordpress and I am starting to customize the template I’ve chosen for my blog : Penscratch. My goal with this blog is to present my creations of headbands and to share some articles on fashion and other subjects. I understood how to write articles but I am still looking for a way to create categories for my creations (headbands / hats or Spring summer 2015), with some pictures in each category. I would also like to archive some articles and pictures of “previous seasons” and only let the current season on the page. Thank you for your help
