Hi there,
You may want to consult the page:
Moving from a Self-Hosted WordPress to WordPress.com

Hi there,
Your site at Bluehost uses the open source version made on WordPress.org. It’s very similar to WordPress.com, but doesn’t work exactly the same, and this means it’s not possible to transfer your entire site at https://nancyhuynh824401769.wordpress.com/ to Bluehost.
What you can transfer is your content, i.e. your posts and pages. But you can’t transfer your theme, customizations and settings.
Here on WordPress.com, go to Tools ->Export and create an export of your site’s content:
https://wordpress.com/en/support/export/
Then log into WP-Admin on your Bluehost site (if you haven’t installed WordPress with them yet, do that first), then go to Tools ->Import. Click on WordPress, install the importer, and then follow the prompts to upload the file you got from us to import your content there.
You can see here for more details:

Just re-reading your question…
If you perhaps meant you want your WordPress.com site to just appear at the domain you bought from Bluehost, you can do that via the domain connection upgrade included in our paid plans. In other words, your domain will be at Bluehost, but your site’s files will be hosted on our servers. In that case you wouldn’t need to pay Bluehost for hosting as well, but only for the domain.
