2 accounts under 1 email

Hi!
I just registered for a domain using bluehost and I decided to use wordpress to manage it. The confirmation email said to use the password set up on bluehost to login to wordpress. However, I already had a wordpress blog using the same email address so I already had a different password to set up. Now I cannot use my email address with either password combination. Please help! Thanks!

You are asking about two different accounts –
It sounds like you signed up for both a domain name and hosting at Blue Host – they might have already set up a WordPress.ORG install on their servers for you that is using “WordPress” to manage the the new blog
http://chewmeblog.wordpress.com/ – is a blog here on WordPress.COM and is not the same log-in or account as over at Blue Host but still uses “WordPress” to manage the account – if you want to use your custom domain name here you would need to map it to a blog here
What is the domain name you have purchased at Blue Host?

Two blogs, two account that are not related
Do you want to turn chewmeblog.wordpress.com/ into luxornailspapgh.com/ and stay here or do you want to have luxornailspapgh.com/ as a new blog with new content?
Or you could also export chewmeblog.wordpress.com/ and import the contents into luxornailspapgh.com/ if you want.

For luxornailspapgh.com/ – that is the log-in you got from Blue Host –
http://luxornailspapgh.com/wp-login.php – is the other log-in at Blue Host – there is also a “lost password” function – note you also should have a user name that Blue Host gave you.
For this blog you need to make friends over at WordPress.ORG – they are keepers of the software you are using at Blue Host

The problem is, because I am using the same email address for both chewmeblog and luxornailspapgh it won’t let me log in even if i change my password. So for example, to log in as chewmeblog I can use “chewmeblog” as the username and enter my password and I can get in just fine. But if i enter my email address and password, I cannot get in. Even if I reset my password. I think it is because I have the same email address for luxornailspapgh.

They might have changed the ability to use an email address to log in – it has nothing to do with you also having an account here with the same email address – they are not connected
Me – I would just log in with a user name, which is what I do here
You need to make an account over at WordPress.ORG (yes a 3rd account) and ask about the log in issue
As for here at WordPress.COM I never did use my email to log in so I don’t know how it worked or how it works today – I seem to remember a change a while back on email log in’s – but can’t remember the exact context
