2 billing charges – no active plan

I’m trying to subscribe to the basic plan. The checkout screen asked to try again and I did so. Showed the same error again. Then I got the push notification from my bank credit card app: was charged the 2 times. Not showing any active subscription and I don’t have access to a ‘human support’. How to get support to get my money back for one of the billings and my subscription activated fpr the other one?
