  I just created a new blog called digitalheartcompany.com (i paid for the domain name).

  In my blog list, there are 2 shown under this name. Both private. One called digitalheartcompany.wordpress.com and the other is called digitalheartcompanydotcom.wordpress.com

  How can this have happened? This is really confusing for me. Please help. I dont want to touch anything until one of them is gone. (preferably the one that says dotcom in the title)

  Hi there,

  When you purchased your domain name, you weren’t specifically logged in to any blog, and so our system created a blog for you which was named after the domain name, and that’s the one which currently has your domain in it.

  If you’d like, I can move the domain in to the non-“dotcom” one and then you can delete it if you’d like! Just let me know!

  Hi, I would like to cancel the domain for this altogether now. This is for a digital graphic site and people are telling me they think it sounds like a heart pacemaker company. Oh dear, never even thought of that!

  Im sorry to mess you around with this, can i claim a refund?
