2 blogs one username. how do i separate them?

  Hello, i am the administrator of two wordpress blogs. And they share the same username and different password. First i would like to change one of the usernames and when i do the other one changes also. How can i get them separate if i still want them to be managed together?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  unfortunately, you can’t. When they are under one account
  posting on either account will be under one name, and will show up that way on the global tag pages.

  An alternative would be to

  1.create a new account with a new username;

  2.Adding that new account as an administrator on one of the blogs, via your old account.

  3.And then always logging in to the new account to write and publish on that blog.

  You would still have access to the blog with the origional account (such as for the statistics, etc.) , but would be posting from the new username, when logged in to the newest account.

  f i create a new accaount with new username can i transfere the blog content to the new account or should i built up the new blog all up again?

  just add your new Wp account as an administrator, via the old Wp account.
  follow the instructions here, while logged in to your old account.

  you do not have to start the blog over. you are simply just adding a new account that can access that blog.
  then. To post under the new accounts username, make sure you are logged into the new wordpress account.

  i am opening a new account and when i put my mail it recognises it and i cant continue. Do i need to open a new email in order to open a new account?

  I have a similar but not exact story. I just signed up today .(mylifeasacrab.wordpress.com) but wanted to buy my own dowman so that wordpress could be left off the url. That didn’t work (I must’ve missed that dialog or something) so I started over and yes, I ended up paying and now have mylifeasacrab.com.

  But how can I access it? I can only access mylifeasacrab.wordpress.com
