2 blogs with 2 different emails, I want to combine. How?

  2 blogs, 2 emails address

  I want Blog #1 to be with Blog #2 account.
  When I try to change #1’s email to that of #2, I get an error telling me that, that email is already used.

  How can I put these two blogs under one account?
  Thanks.

  You need to transfer one blog to the other account – an email address can only be used once – it is the unique identifier at WordPress.COM

  Invite user #2 to be an Admin of that blog.
