It looks like you have 3 WordPress.COM sites plus a self-hosted site. We volunteers cannot see your private details, so I have placed a modlook on this query for staff to investigate. If you subscribe to this topic, then you’ll be notified when someone can answer your question. Please be patient until a staff member can help.

Thank you for looking into this!

    Hi there,

It looks like there was some confusion when you set up your accounts. You did indeed use a different email address when you set the two blogs up, they are in different accounts. The weebeegirl.wordpress.com account is in a different account from the one which you are writing in from now (and has a different email address associated with it). I’m afraid I cannot give you any specific information for that account, but I can send an email to that user and you can check any email addresses you have and see if you run across it.

In regards to this account, I don’t know if it helps, but it may be important for you to note that your site address is actually deboraweb.wordpress.com rather than artisticmerit.wordpress.com. I don’t know if that clears anything up for you!

Let me know if you’d like me to send that email message.

Please send an email to that user. I only recall setting up one site with that email address. ((email visible only to moderators and staff))

Is that other blog connected to (email visible only to moderators and staff)? or (email visible only to moderators and staff)? I own all of those email addresses.

    Thanks!!

deboraweb at gmail and debora at yahoo are my email addresses.

the Charmweber (debsbucketlist) account was set up with dbwm at yahoo dot com.

the deboraweb accounts are debsbucketlist and artistic merit. I could delete artistic merit – it was a test site.

    Thanks,
    Debora

    SORRY… I meant to say

Weebeegirl and Artistic Merit are blogs from deboraweb at aol dot com. Weebee girl is the one that I am locked out of.

debsbucketlist is a blog from dbwm321 at yahoo dot com and I am editing that one without trouble.

    Is that helpful?

    Hey there,

I went ahead and sent an email to the address which we have on file for that blog. If you check your various accounts it should be waiting for you already!

  • Unknown's avatar

Thank you. I replied to your email. The blog that is causing a problem is created with a different email address, and I explained that in my email. The blog title is weebeegirl. Still not happy, thanks! ;)

I do not know if I am replying to a robot or not, but this is Debora.

The email account that I am using ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) set up the blog for debsbucketlist.wordpress.com and is working fine.

The problem is I cannot edit this blog ((email visible only to moderators and staff)):
    https://weebeegirl.wordpress.com/

Are you able to help me directly?

  • Unknown's avatar

Nope, I’m not a robot! We just cannot assist with login issues via a public forum. As you requested earlier, I sent an email to the address which we have on file for your site weebeegirl.wordpress.com. You will want to check any or all of your regular email accounts (in addition to spam folders and if you have any gmail accounts your promotion and social media folders).

If you still need help getting access to that account, you can try using the account recovery process, which starts on the Lost Password page right here:
