2-click social media buttons

  Since Facebook (and Google, Twitter …?) always tracks activity on sites with Facebook’s share button about visitors of this site I’d like to integrate 2-click social media buttons. Plugins for self hosted WordPress blogs exist, e. g. here: http://blog.ppfeufer.de/wordpress-plugin-2-click-social-media-buttons/. I’d really appreciate if this functionality was made available on blogs hosted by wordpress.com.
