2 column display glitch when sized anything other than 50% – 50%

Hi. I’ve got a page that uses columns blocks. I’d like the columns to be sized 40% – 60%. However, when I set them to any size other than 50% – 50% the columns keep flickering/disappearing to be replaced with empty white space. This seems to be triggered by moving the mouse over the columns and it makes it impossible to enter/edit text. I’ve tried publishing the page and then re-opening it for editing but the problem persists. Refreshing the page doesn’t help, nor does clearing the browser cache. I’m using the latest version of Chrome (75.0.3770.100) on Windows 10 X64. Any assistance very welcome. Thanks.

Edit: the blog I need help with is https://oscmod.music.blog, not the link displayed above. I don’t know how that got there. Not that viewing the blog will help because this behaviour only occurs when using the block editor.

I’ve also since discovered that pages structured using column blocks can appear incorrectly aligned on different sized displays i.e. tablet/mobile. As such, I’m going to avoid using them until some of the problems have been fixed.
