    Hi –

Can you modify CSS to create columns? If

Hi, I looked at Customize > Static Front Page and you do not have a page set as your Posts (Blog) page. The Setting for columns at Customize > Theme Options will only apply to that page, category, tag and date archive pages. Create and publish a page to use as you Posts page and go to Customize > Static Front Page and set that page as your Posts page, and then add that page to your Primary Custom Menu. If you then visit that page, the blog posts will display in two columns.

@inezshaw50, when in the customizer, the blog page may not show in two columns. It didn’t on my test site, but when I visited my site, they did show in two columns. Also, the most recent post will show as full width with the others in two columns below it.

I am sorry, but I am confused about what to do to resolve this problem. I created a new page ‘Upsilon Mu Zeta on the Move.’ Should I assign this page to the blog posts or should I createI create another page? I want the posts at the bottom to show as two-columns

Right now you have a static front page set. In Rosalie, a static front page will not show blog posts, it will only show the content that you typed into the editor when making that page.

The front page on the Rosalie demo site is set to show the blog posts. If you wish to have your blog posts on the main page, then you will have to set the front page to show your blog posts at Customize > Front Page. The UPSILON MU ZETA ON THE MOVE page will then become a standard page on your site. The content on UPSILON MU ZETA ON THE MOVE will not show on the main page when the main page is set to show your blog posts in Rosalie. You could add the Display Posts Shortcode to the bottom of your existing front page content, but it will not show the posts in two columns and they would have very simple styling.

So, when I create the blog posts, do I add a featured image to each post or do I create a tag and attach to the posts?

If you wish to have featured images showing on your posts, then yes, assign a featured image, but you do not have to unless you want to. Generally it looks better with featured images on the posts.

If you wish to feature images in the slider at the top, then you would create a featured tag and assign that to the posts you wish to show up in the slider.

It looks like you have all the above done and I see your posts in two columns now.
