2 different longins

I have a self hosted wordpress site, and a completely different site on wordpress.com but it has the same admin login for both? not really sure how to explain this one
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Seems reasonable to me as the two different sites will be in completely different places/on completely different servers.

Hi @craigm23, you’re welcome to manage your self-hosted site with our interface if you’d like, via Jetpack. Is that what you’re referring to?
If you literally have the same login credentials for your individual installation and your WordPress.com installation, I’m guessing you just managed to create a login here that matches your log in there. I’d recommend changing the password for one of them, just in case. If you want to change your username too, that’s possible. Just know the old name won’t be available again.
