2 different sites

    Hi there,
    I have a questions regarding my website. I created 4250eastbound.wordpress.com and recently have changed my profile details. Somehow another site appeared called azal4250.wordpress.com, which I did not set up. Is it ok to delete it without any damage to my original site and to my profile.

    Hi there,

    When you changed your username two weeks ago, there would have been a box asking if you wanted to create a site with a matching URL. I suspect you selected that without realising.

    That said, you can safely delete this new site without it having any effect on your other site. When you’re deleting, you’ll also be asked to confirm the URL of the site you’re deleting, just be sure you’re not deleting the wrong one.

    Alternatively, you could also set the new site to private and keep it around to use as a test site. But that’s completely up to you :)
