2 factor authentication not working

  Good Evening Team WordPress,

  I have been an active WordPress user for many years now. Over the last few days, I am having trouble with my 2-step authentication. I have three blogs on wordpress.com. In all the three blogs, I am logging in and a code is generated for 2-factor authentication, However, I am not getting any code as text messages. I am also unable to login to raise a request from your team as I am not able to log in even with an email link. I would request you to kindly resolve this issue as I am trying really hard to log in. Also please do advice on how to deal with a situation like this if 2 -step authentication does not work. Are there any backup codes that one can save in private

  Now the only way I could contact you is by creating another dummy account or blog to login to reach you as all my other WordPress accounts are facing the same issue ( Not able to login). Please do advise if there is any another way to reach the customer support team if a situation like this occurs.

  When you enable the two-factor authentication, you are given a set of backup codes you should save and keep for situations like this. Since you’re asking about this, I understand you do not have your codes.

  In that case, the best thing to do would be to reach out to our support team via passwordhelp[at]wordpress.com. They’ll have a look at your account and get back to you.

  I would be grateful if you can restore my blog- inmycolumn.wordpress.com.

  The only way to restore that site and reverse the deletion is if you contact us from the proper account. Sign in to manavikraj and write back here.
