2 Factor Authentication OTP is not coming, All backup codes were expired

  Hi,

  I have a email (email visible only to moderators and staff) which is linked to the website https://awinteriors.me with 2FA, and I choose SMS option for login, Whenever i try to login, usually the OTP is not coming to my number, even if my number is correct. So I use the Backup codes for login, but recently all my backup codes were expired, and I’m not receiving the OTP as well for login.

  If I want to post this question from my (email visible only to moderators and staff) email in the forum, It asks me to login, without receiving the SMS i cant able to login. kindly help me to login. you can ask the required verification question through my email (email visible only to moderators and staff), I’m happy to provide all the necessary verification details. Kindly help me to recover my account.

  Hi @amajeedali, thanks for letting us know. Can you email our account recovery team at passwordhelp@wordpress.com directly from the account email address? Let them know what happened, share the recovery code you used last if you still have it (along with any error you were getting wtih it), and share the SMS number. They’ll have a look at your case.
