2 galleries per page

  I’m totally new to blogging and am getting a bit bogged down in places. Is it possible to upload more than one gallery per page? I’ve tried to upload one set of images, then publish, then go back and upload the next lot, but they join on to the original gallery. I don’t want to put the pics in one by one as I have a lot of them. I hope this makes sense.
