2 home pages
-
I inherited a site with two home pages on the top nav bar, “home” and “welcome”. I have NO access to “home” yet whenever I make a change to “welcome” it shows up on “home”.
Any ideas?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It’s possible that the home page link was added twice to your top menu with one link named “Welcome” and the other “Home”. Both are linked to the same place though.
If you’d like to remove one of those, try to logging into the site’s WordPress admin area and navigate to:
Appearance > Menus
Check to see if “Home” and “Welcome” are listed in your menu.

Not working. On the Edit Menus page, in the Pages box, the top two pages are:
Home:Welcome
WelcomeI’ve tried creating a new menu with only one of the welcomes as well as creating a new menu with both of them, after which I’ve deleted a double.
I’ve tried changing the order of the two home pages on the menu. It won’t work.
Right now, my new, so-called corrected menu shows the blog with only one welcome page. But i still see “home” then “welcome” on the top banner. :(

Oh wait!!! I jump too fast!
Once I checked primary navigation in the menu settings box, it worked.
Thank you!!!!
