2-legged authentication

  Hi,
  I have a development question. Does WordPress allow 2-legged authentication for Restful API calls via OAuth2? (Such as a POST create API call.) The idea is to POST to a single specific known WordPress account with known application key and ID. I would not need to POST to the visiting users account and thus wouldn’t need their permissions to gain a token for them. Or if not 2-legged, another secure method to allow the above?
