  Hi,

  I am looking for the 2 plugins:

  It would be nice if you give me the links to download
  I try to look for pendants 30 minutes but found nothing.

  There is no FTP access to our free hosted WordPress.com blogs. Also note that there is no upgrade you can purchase that allows FTP access and the ability to install themes or plugins. Those with WordPress.org installs have FTP access and can install their own themes, third party themes and plugins.
