2 queries: slow website; website backup

  Hi there. 2 questions:
  1. My website has just gone live (www.cegfoundation.org), and seems a bit slow to load. Is there anything you recommend to speed it up?
  2. Is the site backed up anywhere i.e. on wordpress? Or do you recommend something?

  It looks like your website http://www.cegfoundation.org/ is self-hosted and not hosted on WordPress.com.

  WordPress comes in two flavours:

  1. WordPress.com
  2. WordPress.org

  On https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ you can find a comparison between the WordPress.com and WordPress.org. This forum is dedicated to supporting the websites which are hosted on WordPress.com.
