  I have 2 questions. 1. when i try to log in though WP, I am not recognized so i have to go in through Bluehost to get to my site. 2. when i try to view my site as any user would, it still shows as ‘coming soon’ but i thought i had already published the site. the site is senioroptions.co. Can you please help. I am very new to all of this and not as tech as i would like to be

  Hi,

  It appears that your website uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, which is what this forum is designed to help with. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You may be able to find help here: https://wordpress.org/support/ or alternatively contact your hosting provider.

  Hi senioroption,

  The Jetpack plugin creates a connection between senioroptions.co and your WordPress.com account (so the site can be managed through your account here). This means you have two sets of login details:

  1. Login details for your account on https://wordpress.com.
  2. Login details for the account you have on senioroptions.co — these are what you need to enter when logging in to the site directly from http://senioroptions.co/wp-admin (or the Bluehost “Admin Login” link).

  2. when i try to view my site as any user would, it still shows as ‘coming soon’ but i thought i had already published the site.

  It looks like your site is still in staging/development mode. I recommend contacting Bluehost for help with putting your site live.
