2 questions about our account

    Hello,

    I have 2 questions. First, when I navigate to our website (when I’m not logged into wordpress) I get an oops message: amongfriendsrf.wordpress.com . Can you tell me why?

    2 – it says ‘free’ on our account but we thought we had paid a fee so that our website did NOT have the ‘wordpress’ word in it. Can you clarify what type of account we have?

    Hi there!

    You’re seeing that “oops” message because you have the “A static page” setting set in your Homepage settings, but do not have that page set in the Customizer. Screenshot: https://d.pr/i/5LvCgh

    You just need to select the page you want to use for your homepage there and save those changes and that should fix it!

    I’m not showing any paid upgrades under the account you’re currently logged into. Can you clarify what you paid and where you paid this? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.
