2 questions on moving site

I am trying to move my site to Siteground host (from Bluehost) but can’t because email says (email visible only to moderators and staff), and neither of mine ((email visible only to moderators and staff) nor (email visible only to moderators and staff)) will work.
When I enter the code to move, it says, “You need to have control over the administrative email connected with this domain” Obviously, I have no control over a wildwestdomain email address.
How do I to change the domain admin address to the ones for my website?
Siteground will email that address to get an Ok to move the domain.Also, Is there any way to get around the following:
” Once you initiate the transfer, there is a waiting period of five days. During this period, you will receive an email to confirm or cancel the transfer. After confirmation, the domain will be transferred within five days. “
Why is it there? I would like to work on my site asap.

Hi there,
On November 11, 2017, you have updated the email address associated with your domain. This change caused a 60-day transfer lock to the domain. During this time you will not be able to transfer your domain to another registrar, but the domain itself with continue to work as usual. This is an ICANN requirement and we cannot waive it.
After the period of 60 days has passed you’ll be able to transfer your domain. In the meantime, you can change the domain’s name servers and point it to Siteground.
