2 Sidebar Template Problem!!!!!!!!!!

  I have been trying to figure this out for a long time. Ive seen a lot of links in support of what I am trying to do, but am still out of luck. If you could please check out my website quotespad.com you will see that the right nav is half way down and seems to be below the main content portion. All Help will greatly be appreciated!!!
