I have 2 issues plaguing my website.
1. At the bottom of every page, I have a message that say ‘enter the text or html code here’, can you help me get rid of this?

Hello there,
This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
It means we can’t help with this site.
1. At the bottom of every page, I have a message that say ‘enter the text or html code here’, can you help me get rid of this?
I can’t see this on the site, however, this would be a custom HTML or text widget located via Appearance > Customize > Widgets.
2. The menu in the top right hand corner of the website’s options are doubled on the mobile version of the website.
It looks like there’s a mobile-menu plugin installed on the site. This could be causing what you’re seeing there.
