This is a peer support forum where Volunteers and Staff work cooperatively to deliver WordPress.com support. There is no phone support here and we Volunteers do not provide support by email. Volunteers answer the majority of questions posted into forum threads and Staff monitor. When Volunteers cannot provide the required support we flag threads for Staff attention.
I’d be happy to answer your specific WordPress.COM questions right here in this thread. Please simply post exactly what you need help with into this thread, knowing there’s rarely ever a question posted here that has not already been asked and answered.
P.S. Thanks for not SHOUTING! at those who volunteer to help here.

http://progressivemusicartsandtechnology.wordpress.com/ does exist.
Note that the second one has an “s” (arts not art) in the URL that the first one does not have. -

As far as it being hard to delete stuff you don’t want the blog you have now does not appear to have any content in it to delete. However, in the event you are referring to another blog then read what follows.
To delete a single post > Dashboard > Posts > All Posts hover over the Posts title and click “Trash”
To delete a single page > Dashboard > Pages > All Pages hover over the Posts title and click “Trash”
Bulk deletion
You can quickly remove your contents by deleting them in bulk.
bulk delete images & media http://en.support.wordpress.com/media/deleting-files/#bulk-deletion
bulk delete posts > http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/edit-posts-screen/#bulk-edit
bulk delete pages > http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/edit-pages-screen/#bulk-edit
Here’s how to permanently delete Trash >
http://en.support.wordpress.com/trash/
http://en.support.wordpress.com/trash/#deleting-permanentlyIMPORTANT NOTE: Deleting blog content and deleting blogs does not remove any indexed content from the SERPs (search engine page results). Google and Bing only clear their caches of deleted indexed content that produces a 404 (page not found) every 3 – 6 months.
