  A site exists called https://picknperfectcom.wordpress.com that I did NOT created and if trying to charge me for. I created a site called picturlypetite.com but everything I created on it is gone.

  http://picturlypetite.com/ isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform – https://www.whoishostingthis.com/#search=picturlypetite.com – but uses the open source wordpress.org. You must contact Bluehost support to know what happend.

  @mllh4, there are no upgrades on your WordPress.com account so we’re not going to charge you for the site picknperfectcom.wordpress.com. If you wish, you can delete it from your site as explained here:
