Hello there,
Did you recently change your mobile number? Do you still have access to the number that is registered with the Two Step Authentication?
If you don’t have access to your previous phone, the only way to get back into your account is by using the backup code: https://en.support.wordpress.com/security/two-step-authentication/#if-you-lose-your-device.

No I did not change it recently, it has been there, all of a sudden it stopped working, and i have exhausted my back up code, and I still have access to the registered number, and i am receiving code on it from other sites, though am still login to my account on my device but if i ever log out i will be locked out, and i cant use another device, please I need your help.
