2 step authentication login problem

    Dear WordPress team,

    I can’t login to my another WP account (gregoryrusmana.wordpress.com), stucked at 2 step verification. Last week I changed my smartphone, then install new Google Authenticator app and set it up like before (same email account with my previous one) but the code that generated always wrong. Please help me to solve this problem as soon as possible.

    Or otherwise, can you send me a back up code to my email that used for that WP account (email visible only to moderators and staff) and also plesase disable the 2 step authentication from that account.

    Hopefuly you responds this email very quick, because I really need to access my WP.

    Did you print out the backup codes that were generated when you first activated two-step authentication? If you didn’t print them out or they won’t work your only option is to fill out the Account Recovery Form and then wait for staff to contact you via email. http://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form
