2 Step Problem

  Hi there,

  I have managed to get access to my account. But i have lost my phone with the 2 step app on. I am now trying to remove this feature from my blog but obviously it is not letting me. What can i do?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello, The only way to get access is to use the backup codes that you created. When you are asked for the login code, simply put in your backup code instead. Each backup code is only allowed to be used one time.

  If you have lost your backup codes, you can create new a new set, but the old ones will be deactivated for security reasons.
