I solve my problem as follows:
    1- Generate Backup Codes
    2- Disable 2-Step Verification
    3- Enable 2-Step Verification

My suggestion about such a kind issue which a lot of people has, is to put the QR Code and tester hidden inside the security page and by pressing a button, it become visible.

    Hi there,

If you ever need to reinstall the Google Authenticator app (for example if you switch to a new phone), you’ll need to disable two-step authentication on your account first and then set it up again with the new app. We have instructions for disabling and setting up two-step authentication here: Two Step Authentication

Please let me know if I can provide any further help with this. :)

I solved my problem. However, is there any way to do it more user friendly? Where can I suggest a feature to WordPress development team?

    Hi there,

I can pass along your feedback to our team. However, because of how the Google Authenticator app works, there isn’t a way to switch to a new phone without first disabling two-step authentication and then re-enabling it with the app on your new phone.
