2 step verification process

    i am getting error while login to my wordpress blog, its asking me to enter the code of verification, i tried the code i received at the of authentication, but its not working. i tried the email method but i am not receiving any email. so please if anyone can help me in solving this problem. while reseting my password i am getting an error of The email could not be sent.
    Possible reason: your host may have disabled the mail() function.
    http://www.Bloggingdesk.com is the domain name
