2 Things…Refund and Moving My Domain

  I had a tough time with wordpress.com and decided to move to wordpress.org. I cancelled my plan that was started on the same day and would like the additional refund of 13.00 for the mapping.

  Also, I cannot access my domain in wordpress.org through siteground.com because it is still in wordpress.com. Could someone please release my domain so that I can utilize it.

  Hi there,

  I’ve refunded the mapping portion of your plan as well. You should receive it in about 10 business days.

  We don’t have any access to or control over your domain. If it is still trying to load a WordPress.com site even after you’ve changed the name servers to Siteground, it’s because your browser still thinks that domain should go to WordPress.com. Clearing your browser cache should fix that.
