  Hello ,
  I contact your support about my issue. The 3rd December I purchased a “premium” 1 year subscription.
  Then i choose a custom domain : ecoatelier24.com. At my first connection i didn’t find any trace of this custom address , when I search on this website on google or some other search engines I can reach him but if i try to edit my website and add an article I’m redirected to ecoatelier24fr.wordpress.com which doesn’t interest me.
  My account has been already debited but I can’t use what i payed for.
  This website ecoatelier24.com are supposed to be my work tool, I hope you’ll can find a good way to resolve this problem in shortly delays.

  I see that your WordPress.com website has the primary domain set as https://ecoatelier24.com/

  When I open any post on your site, or even when I visit https://ecoatelier24.WordPress.com/, it redirects me to https://ecoatelier24.com/ which is the proper choice.

  If you still need to confirm, you can visit https://wordpress.com/domains/manage and it would show that https://ecoatelier24.com/ has been set as the primary domain there.

  ecoatelier24.com is the custom domain you purchased for ecoatelier24.wordpress.com — both domains link through to the same site.

  As @strikebuys mentioned, visitors to your site will see ecoatelier24.com in their browser’s address bar because it is set as the primary domain.

  Anyone clicking through to your site from a search result containing ecoatelier24.wordpress.com will be automatically redirected to ecoatelier24.com.

  Search engines can take 4-6 weeks to reflect changes to your site. However, this link shows Google has already started indexing your new domain.
