2 week free trial
-
I want to upgrade to Business and take advantage of the 2 week free trial advertised here: https://signup.wordpress.com/signup/ . But I can’t find where to do it. The checkout doesn’t have an option for that, just to cancel within 48 hours. Can you advise me please?

Hi Jenny,
The Business trial was likely not available to you as you already had purchased the Premium bundle. However, I went ahead and added the Business upgrade to your blog and set the expiration date to 4/14/14. You should have all of the Business features until that date. If you decide not to upgrade to Business at that time, I’ll just remove it from your account and leave the Premium bundle intact. Does that make sense?
Let me know if you need anything else!

Hello Jeremey,
Another question: I liked the Business upgrade so went for that today. However, I find that ecwid won’t allow me to have more than 10 items in the store without paying another £150. I understood that I would have access to ecwid by paying for the WordPress Business upgrade? Am I mistaken?
Thanks, Jenny -
Hi Jenny,
First, I’m glad you liked the Business upgrade. Since you already had the Premium bundle on your account, I went ahead and refunded £70 (Business Bundle – Premium Bundle). I also removed the Premium bundle from your account and bumped the Domain Mapping upgrade to match the expiration from your Business bundle. You can see all of this information on your Upgrades page here:
https://jennymatthewsartist.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades
Regarding the store, you should be able to add more than 10 items without having to pay anything extra. If you’re receiving a pop-up notification to pay something else, can you take a screenshot and upload it to your Media Library?
Just a note, there are some additional instructions for customizing your ecwid store here:

Thanks again Jeremey for your help. I’ve uploaded a screenshot as you request into my Media Library. I’ll work some more on this tomorrow: it’s a bit late now!

Hi Jenny!
I apologize; My previous assessment of the Business bundle was incorrect. By upgrading to the Business bundle, you’re able to use ecwid on your WordPress.com site. However, you still have the basic free bundle on ecwid shown here that limits you to 10 items:
http://www.ecwid.com/plans-and-pricing.html
In order to have more than 10 items, you would need to purchase a separate subscription from ecwid. The two subscriptions are completely separate.
Let me know if you have any additional questions!
