2 widgets with same name

  There seem to be 2 widgets with the same name : Gallery Widget
  I am looking for http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/gallery-widget/
  Searching for this in plugin give me a different one from Oliver Schaal
  What I do wrong ?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You may have confused standalone WordPress and the hosted version WordPress.com, where we are. Please read this for better understanding: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  Here on WordPress.com, we can only use this Gallery widget http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/gallery-widget/

  Thank you for your answer, but still I think it would be better not to use same name. I am right that the support section is the same ??
