  I would like to write articles on health products. Now I have a political wordpress site. How can I do this?

  While logged, out of WordPress.com, you can register another username account under a different email address and register the blog under it. Then the two blogs and username accounts will not be associated.

  If you do not care if the two blogs are associated with each other and the same username account, then do not log out of WordPress.com and register the new blog under that same username account (email address). http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/
