  in 20-12 – I’m looking to add a series of images that change every second or so in the header of the site.
  Is this possible and how is it done??

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  on 20-12 – I’m looking at using META SLIDER which looks nice and easy but…

  when i select the plugs in button in WP it wont let me add a plug-in ??
  Any ideas why?

  If you are talking about this site, http://lanason.co.uk/ , there are a number of the most popular plugins already installed for you, but we do not allow users to install their own plugins: https://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/ .

  ok so now i’ve created a slideshow

  whats the syntax to change the slideshow size and get the images to fill the box

  You have your slideshow set to medium sized images. Set it to full size to have the images as large as possible.
