[#2009535] Problems since Oct 31, 2014

First I was on a motorcycle ride from Edmonton Canada to the South tip of South America. Used WordPress as my web site software. All was going good till about the end of October when I could no longer post to my site via email. I kept trying but no luck. being in some countries with very limited internet access I waited til I returned on Nov 14th took a few days to get me sorted out then contacted WordPress help. Ticket mad up, they say others are having the same problem. Well no word back from them unless I contact and ask. Don’t know if they are taking this seriously or not. If I am having problems and they say others are why not give me feed back on how they are trying to help? I had a lot of followers, but since this they dropped off wondering what happened to me.
WordPress if you are reading these posts please let me know what is happening and when this will be fixed.

Never, if you are relying on WordPress.com to fix it. Yours is not a WordPress.com blog but a WordPress.ORG blog.

I’m sorry but if that site is not a WordPress.COM hosted blog. We cannot help you as we do not provide support for any blogs that are not hosted by WordPress.COM.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums. http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.

The person that was helping me and has my work order ticket is from WordPress.com and email is [Email Redacted] I am confused. WordPress.org moderator says it is not them???????????????????????

I replied to your last email a few minutes ago. We definitely take this problem seriously, but we haven’t been able to understand what’s causing the problem on your site yet.
Rest assured, though, as I mentioned in my previous emails we will get back to you as soon as find a solution!

Yes, but I have had this problem since the end of October when the new version of Jetpack was installed. Can I go back to the Ves 3.1.1 or 3.1 to see if it works?
