2011 mobile not displaying correctly on Phones

  On this blog When I test it using various sized widows eg using http://www.benjaminkeen.com/misc/bricss it displays fine. But it does not display the mobile format either on my android (ICS) nor on friends iPhones..

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That site you point to is not a free hosted WordPress.com blog and we only provide support for WordPress.com blogs like the one linked to your username on this support forum.

  The blog in question is http://tbrander.wordpress.com the other link was to show how the site displays… (it tests responsive design,, as I mentioned it displays fine using that tool but not on actual phones…
